Our vision is to help cultivate the talent pool we have in to prepare these girls to play competitive high school basketball.  With our focus on ensuring that fundamentals are drilled and executed properly, we hope to (1) ignite passion and confidence (2) establish a work-ethic that will focus on reaching full potential, and (3) teach each player how to be a “competitor” rather than a “participant”.  These goals are intertwined with teaching the girls how to trust each other and play as a unit to achieve overall success.
